My whole brand is basically based off how to de-bloat, so I thought this would be the perfect time to give you my top tips for easing bloat & water weight in both your face & body before the new year. Let's get into it !! 

✿ lemon water ✿ 

 I know you've probably heart this before and it's for a good reason.. but lemon water is such a great & easy tool to help you de-bloat (especially in the morning) and here's why. The sour lemon taste helps stimulate your “agni.” In ayurvedic medicine, a strong agni jump-starts the digestive system, allowing you to digest food more easily and helping to prevent the buildup of toxins. You can also spice this up by adding some mint or honey! 

✿ the glow band ✿ 

 I've talked about this so much.. but it's only because I'm obsessed with wearing our Glow Band to help my lower stomach bloat & water weight. I did an entire in depth blog post on the Glow Band here. Some of the benefits of the Glow Band are 

♡ Decreased bloating in the lower stomach area by heat-trapping

♡ Supports the body's natural detoxification process

 ✿ gua sha ✿

This is another thing I just can't seem to shut up about because it's that good. I kept seeing this metal Gua Sha on TikTok and how it doesn't break like a lot of the glass ones. When it arrived, I loved how heavy it was and felt like super good quality. I looked up on Pinterest and watched some YouTube videos on how to properly Gua Sha the face, and have found it to be so helpful (especially for my cheekbones!) so I have a guide to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
