WHAT'S IN MY TOTE BAG

I always dreamed of having one of those big cushy Mary Poppins-like tote bags that the girlies cary around to go from pilates and beyond, but never found one that I loved. I’m sure you’ve seen them, or know someone who has a tote bag that fits their entire room in it. 

For weeks I’ve been testing out tote bags to see which one could fit all the things… whether I was going to work at a coffee shop all day, go to a workout class, or stay over at my boyfriend’s house for a few days. I found one after I’d gone through 7 of them, and just KNEW I had to get her with some sore of Emma Lou imagery. I posted a flat lay of the items the other day on our Instagram, and you all went WILD. 

So, I thought I’d do a product breakdown on what I’m keeping in my new Emma Lou tote bag these days.

✧.* My beloved Dior Lip oil in cherry. I know this already broke the internet, but it’s for a good reason. I love adding a little bit of shine to my lips even on a no-makeup day (which is most days TBH), and it smells divine. The shade cherry is a plus too! Reminds me of Judy :)

✧.* Canon Powershot G7x Mark ii. I recently purchased this because my last digital camera died on me.. rip. BUT, this one is actually incredible and I understand the hype. It’s super user friendly and the photos come out phenomenal with little to know editing with the camera settings. And because I’m impatient, I ordered the SD card adapter for my phone so I can look at the images right away and it’s a game changer. 

✧.* Apple AirPods Max. I talked about these headphones in another blog post, but I love the noise cancelling on these. I work at coffee shops a lot and I can’t even tell you how well they work. I walk in these, do work in these, and basically live my life with these on my head.

✧.* Cardholder. I’ve had this cardholder since High School Graduation and it has continued to serve me well. I like it because I don’t carry too much cash and I can throw the attachment on my car keys. It’s pretty small but holds tons of cards.

✧.* My current read: Elvis and Me by Priscilla Presley. I’m a huge Elvis fan, so I knew I had to eventually read this book and it did not disappoint! It’s a great story on her and Elvis’s love and she takes you behind the scenes which was super interesting. Loved it.

✧.* Sunglasses! My boyfriend gifted me these a few weeks ago and they have become my new favorites. I love a vintage cat eye and these have a hint of that which is why they frame the face so well.
