THE BEST SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR DEBLOATING
Discovering de-bloating tactics have become part of my daily life. I have my Glow Band bottoms constantly in tow, so that’s one thing I love to throw on and get a little extra sweat for my tummy, but I love to try things I can make in the kitchen too.
I am going to share with you my scrumptious de-bloating smoothie that I bust out pretty much weekly if not DAILY. I also am just hyper fixated on it constantly because it makes me feel good AND for the warmer weather, it hits the spot. Plus, I drink it out of this cute glass straw with little flower detailing & a big glass jar… like what could be better.
Ingredients for this wonderful refreshing smoothie:
✿ 1 handful of frozen mango
✿ 1 handful of frozen pineapple
✿ 1 handful of baby spinach
✿ 1 frozen banana
✿ 1/2 cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice but I like Almond)
✿ 1 scoop Vital proteins collagen
✿ 1 serving Orgain vanilla protein
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!
