THE BEST SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR DEBLOATING

Discovering de-bloating tactics have become part of my daily life. I have my Glow Band bottoms constantly in tow, so that’s one thing I love to throw on and get a little extra sweat for my tummy, but I love to try things I can make in the kitchen too. 

I am going to share with you my scrumptious de-bloating smoothie that I bust out pretty much weekly if not DAILY. I also am just hyper fixated on it constantly because it makes me feel good AND for the warmer weather, it hits the spot. Plus, I drink it out of this cute glass straw with little flower detailing & a big glass jar… like what could be better. 

smoothie ingredients

Ingredients for this wonderful refreshing smoothie: 

1 handful of frozen mango 

1 handful of frozen pineapple

1 handful of baby spinach

1 frozen banana 

1/2 cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice but I like Almond)

1 scoop Vital proteins collagen 

1 serving Orgain vanilla protein 

Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!

    I drink this every single day for lunch at work and it’s honestly so so good! Its decently filling and holds me over until dinner and after about a week of having this for lunch I started to notice my skin was looking amazing and my stomach was so much less bloated! Cant say enough good things about it
