PILATES PRINCESS CHALLENGE

If you follow us on Instagram (& if you don’t, you should give us a follow here), you know that we just launched a 4 week Pilates Princess challenge. I have a background in personal training & Pilates, which is kinda why I started Emma Lou in the first place hehehe, so this challenge is the best of both worlds for me. I was able to go back to my ~Pilates roots~ and come up with quick 15-20 minute at home, no equipment workouts that you can do wherever/whenever is most convenient for you! 

✿ Week 1: Core & Arms 

✿ Week 2: Full Body 

✿ Week 3: Glutes + Inner thighs

✿ Week 4: Core 


I put my best moves for each body part together for you & it’s completely free..YAY! And I include videos for each move so you know exactly what to do. Repeat each move for 30 seconds and repeat the entire thing 2-3 times. Although, I recommend 3 just so you reaaalllllyyyyy feel that burn. Better yet, might as well do it in a set!
